ingredients

  • 60 g of coconut oil;
  • 100 g of popcorn;
  • 25 g light or demerara sugar;
  • 6 g of cocoa powder;
  • 3 g of ground cinnamon.

Preparation method

In a pan add all the ingredients, heat and stir until it starts to pop. Then, cover the pan and stir to help the coating spread evenly over the kernels. When you stop hearing the popcorn popping, it will be ready.

Healthy gourmet snack

ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of oil;
  • 1/3 cup popcorn;
  • 3 tablespoons of butter;
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest;
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
  • sprigs of fresh rosemary;
  • Black pepper to taste;
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation method

Prepare the popcorn as usual and place it on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180°. While the oven heats, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the lemon zest and juice, rosemary, salt and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and pour over the popcorn. Mix gently and cook for 15-20 minutes.
