Crazy recipe for meat quiche

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated fried garlic
  • 1/2 cup cold cubed butter
  • 3 tablespoons ice water

Filling

  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 sliced ​​red pepper
  • 1 cup chopped roast beef
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl mix the flour, salt, garlic and butter, working with your fingertips until you obtain a crumbly consistency.
  2. Add the water little by little, mixing just to combine.
  3. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin between two sheets of plastic.
  5. Line the bottom and edges of a 24cm diameter springform pan.
  6. Fold the edge, cutting off the excess dough with a knife.
  7. Place in preheated medium oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Mix the cream with the eggs and cheese using a fork.
  9. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the meat, vinegar, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from the heat, add the green chillies and leave to cool.
  12. Spread over the dough and pour in the egg cream.
  13. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Unmold while warm and serve the quiche.
