Eggs with strawberries recipe

Time: 2h (+45min in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 500g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • Small strawberries to decorate

White chocolate ball

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • ½ cup cream (tea).

Strawberry chocolate truffle

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Nesquik
  • ½ cup cream (tea).

Preparation method:

  1. For the white brigadeiro, in a pan, mix the condensed milk, butter and powdered milk.
  2. Place over medium heat, stirring until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Separate 4 tablespoons of brigadeiro and add the cream to the rest. Let cool.
  4. Proceed in the same way with the strawberry brigadeiro.
  5. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie.
  6. Brush 2 Easter egg molds with a capacity of 500 g with chocolate.
  7. Turn over to remove excess.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  9. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.
  10. Unmold the chocolate egg halves.
  11. In each, alternate spoonfuls of white brigadeiro and strawberry brigadeiro.
  12. Using a toothpick, lightly mix the two brigadeiros.
  13. Place the two brigadeiros kept aside in a piping bag, each equipped with a small nozzle, and decorate the surface of the eggs by changing the colours.
  14. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
