- 8 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 6 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
Preparation method
Chocolate bark
Place the milk chocolate in a container and melt it in a bain-marie over medium heat. Next, make a thin layer of chocolate in an Easter egg mold and place it face down on a surface covered with aluminum foil. Repeat the operation with all the shapes and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Layer the chocolate two more times and place in the refrigerator again. Reserve.
Brigadier
Place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder in a saucepan and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. Form brigadeiros with half of the filling, cover them with milk chocolate flakes and set aside.
Assembly
Remove the egg from the refrigerator, fill it with the rest of the egg brigadier, add the milk chocolate flakes and place back in the refrigerator for another 5 minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil. Subsequently, remove from the refrigerator, carefully turn out and decorate with the brigadeiros set aside. Decorate with white chocolate flakes and serve immediately.
Easter egg made with powdered milk and hazelnut cream
