Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 level tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 seedless chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​green olives
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Add the olive oil to a non-stick pan and set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, flour, parmesan and garlic until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl, add the ham, tomato, olives, salt, pepper, green chillies and mix.
