Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 level tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 seedless chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
Preparation method:
- Add the olive oil to a non-stick pan and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, flour, parmesan and garlic until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add the ham, tomato, olives, salt, pepper, green chillies and mix.
- Place the pan on medium heat and pour in half the mixture, making it brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and serve.
