Vegetable lasagna with bechamel sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- Salt, olive oil and oregano to taste
- 1 courgette
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 300 g of sliced ham
- 300 g of sliced mozzarella
- grated parmesan to sprinkle
White sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cream
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
Method of preparation:
Thinly slice the aubergines on a mandolin and spread them in a pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and cook in a preheated medium oven (180 ° C) for 15 minutes. Reserve. Then cut the courgettes to the same thickness and set them aside. For the bechamel, melt the butter in a pan over low heat and sprinkle with flour. Fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the milk and stir until it thickens. Add the cream and season with salt and nutmeg. Let it cool down.
In a medium refractory, spread the béchamel and make a layer of eggplant, one of tomato, seasoned with salt and oregano, and one of ham and cheese. Make the second layer in the same order using the zucchini instead of the eggplant. Repeat the layers alternating eggplant and zucchini. Complete with béchamel and grated parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Finally, serve it at the family dinner.
Chicken Quiche With Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sachet of onion soup powder (68 g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Filling:
- 1 cup of fresh cream (milk)
- 1 cup (tea) of Catupiry® cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup boiled green beans (cooked)
- 1/2 red chili pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup of fresh peas
- 1/2 cup cauliflower (cooked and chopped)
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, place the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, olive oil, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Line the bottom and sides of a 24 cm diameter removable rim pan.
In another bowl, whisk the cream, Catupiry® and eggs with a wire whisk. Season with salt, pepper and add the vegetables, stirring. Spread on the dough and take it to a medium oven (180 ° C), preheated for 50 minutes or until it is firm and golden. Let it cool, turn it out of the mold and, finally, serve it at your family dinner.
Macaroni with white sauce

- 1 packet of noodles with bow tie (500 g)
- Freshly grated Parmesan to taste
Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 cup canned peas (drained)
- 2 cups of ham (diced)
- 1 cup (tea) of cream
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
Method of preparation:
For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes. Add the milk and stir until it thickens. Salmon with Parmesan risotto

Ingredients:
- 6 salmon fillets
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Risotto:
- 2 liters of hot water
- 3 cubes of vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups of arborio rice
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup (s) of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
Season the salmon with the lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over high heat and brown the fillets, a little at a time, for 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Book hot. For the risotto, in a pan, mix the water, the vegetable broth and keep warm over low heat. In another pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brown the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the wine and sauté for 3 minutes or until it has evaporated. Add the water with the dissolved broth, little by little, ladle after ladle, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the rice is al dente. Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice, lemon zest, Parmesan and the remaining butter. Season with salt, stir in the parsley and serve immediately with the salmon.
Ground beef steak with gravy

Ingredients:
- 700 g of minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of powdered onion cream (68 g)
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cube of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) of water
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, cream of onion powder, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, if necessary, pepper and parsley. Model 6 steaks. In a large skillet over high heat, heat the oil and brown the steaks on both sides. Reserve.
In the same pan heat the oil and brown the onion for 2 minutes. Add the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce and extract. Stir for 1 minute, dissolving the meat broth. Mashed potato:
- 3 cups of boiled and mashed potatoes

Method of preparation:

- 1 cup of frozen peas

Method of preparation:
Beat the milk, eggs, wheat flour, oil, yeast, cheese and vegetable broth in a blender. Reserve. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling. Pour half of the dough into a 25 cm x 35 cm greased and floured baking pan, then lay the filling and the rest of the dough on top. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on the dough and place it in a medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden.
