Tilapia ceviche
Time: 30min (+30min in the fridge)
Performance: 4 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 red onion sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 seedless chilli, cut into cubes
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 500 g of tilapia fillet in strips
- Lettuce leaves to decorate
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the juice, onion, coriander, pepper, salt and olive oil.
- Add the fish and then mix.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, stirring the ceviche halfway through cooking.
- Decorate a plate with lettuce leaves and place the ceviche on top.
- Serve immediately, if desired, accompanied by toasted bread.
