Tired of oatmeal for breakfast? After this PP recipe, you will fall in love with her again!

Baked oatmeal is a healthy, almost dessert-like breakfast dish. And preparing such a porridge is elementary: you just need to mix the ingredients, put the mold in the oven and go about your business! Agree, that’s a lot easier than standing in front of the stove and making sure the porridge doesn’t leak out!

Ingredients for one serving

  • 40 grams of rolled oats
  • 60ml milk
  • 50 grams of soft cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste
  • Vanilla, cinnamon, other spices – also to taste

In order to make the consistency of the porridge more tender, it is better to mix all the ingredients in a blender.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the porridge for 30-35 minutes. If you want a less liquid consistency, increase the cooking time by about 10 minutes.

  2. After cooking, decorate the porridge with your favorite berries and fruits, nuts, chocolate and any other toppings. By the way, fruits can be put in oatmeal before sending it to the oven – to get a richer taste.

You can also pour cold milk over the finished oatmeal – firstly, so that it cools faster, and secondly, to give it a more pronounced creamy flavor.
