Egg broth

Ingredients:
- ½ cup cassava flour or cornstarch
- 2L of water
- 5 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 pinches of paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green chives and chives to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, brown the onion with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add garlic, tomato, salt, paprika and black pepper. Sauté.
- Meanwhile, in another container, dilute the cassava flour in a cup of water.
- Add the remaining water to the pan and bring to a boil.
