Egg broth

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cassava flour or cornstarch
  • 2L of water
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 pinches of paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Green chives and chives to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, brown the onion with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, tomato, salt, paprika and black pepper. Sauté.
  3. Meanwhile, in another container, dilute the cassava flour in a cup of water.
  4. Add the remaining water to the pan and bring to a boil.
