Baked burgers

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 packet of chicken broth powder
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- White sesame for dusting
Filling
- 9 thawed hamburgers
- 250 g grated mozzarella
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- Salt and oregano to taste
Preparation method:
- For the dough, blend all the ingredients in the mixer, distribute half of them in a 24 cm diameter buttered and floured cake tin.
- Arrange the burgers on the dough, spread the ham, cheese and tomato.
- Sprinkle with salt and oregano, cover with the remaining dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
