Baked burgers

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil (tea).
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 packet of chicken broth powder
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • White sesame for dusting

Filling

  • 9 thawed hamburgers
  • 250 g grated mozzarella
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt and oregano to taste

Preparation method:

  1. For the dough, blend all the ingredients in the mixer, distribute half of them in a 24 cm diameter buttered and floured cake tin.
  2. Arrange the burgers on the dough, spread the ham, cheese and tomato.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and oregano, cover with the remaining dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
