Guacamole ingredients
– Avocado 2 units, mature
– 1/2 unit (s) lemon (juice)
– 1 tablespoon (s) of extra virgin olive oil
-1/2 units (s) finger pepper, semi -free, chopped (S)
– 1 tablespoon (s) of green onions, chopped
– Go up to taste
– 1/2 unit (i) Italian, seedless tomatoes, cut into very small cubes
– 2 tablespoons (s) (soup) coriander, chopped
Pre-repair:
1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
2. Wash the avocado, but do not cut now to not darken.
3. Wash, remove the seeds from tomatoes and finger pepper. Cut the tomato into very small cubes and cut the finger pepper.
4. Wash, dry and cut green onions and coriander. Reserve on paper towels.
PREPARATION:
Guacamole:
1. Cut the avocado in half, towards the length and discard the lump.
2. Remove the pulp with a spoon and place on a deep plate.
3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and knead with a fork to a rustic consistency.
4. Add extra virgin olive oil, chopped finger pepper, chopped green onions and salt and mix so that all the ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Finally, put the tomato cubes and coriander cubes and mix carefully.
6. Prove and if necessary to rectify the salt.
Finishing and assembly:
1. Serve the Guacamole Next to your main dish or in bowls separately.
