Moist carrot cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 cup of oil (tea).
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast

Coverage:

  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 tablespoons of milk chocolate
  • 12 tablespoons of milk

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, blend the carrot with the oil.
  2. Add the egg, water and sugar.
  3. In the meantime, add the flour and yeast to a bowl.
  4. Pour in the beaten carrot, mix delicately with a spoon or a hand whisk and then pour into a greased 22×30 cm baking pan lined with greased baking paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Place the butter, sugar, milk chocolate and milk in a pan.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes after boiling.
  8. Unmold the cake and, using a toothpick, make holes in the cake and cover with the still hot syrup.
  9. Then serve warm or cold.
