Ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 cup of oil (tea).
- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of warm water
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
Coverage:
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 tablespoons of milk chocolate
- 12 tablespoons of milk
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend the carrot with the oil.
- Add the egg, water and sugar.
- In the meantime, add the flour and yeast to a bowl.
- Pour in the beaten carrot, mix delicately with a spoon or a hand whisk and then pour into a greased 22×30 cm baking pan lined with greased baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
- Place the butter, sugar, milk chocolate and milk in a pan.
- Cook for 3 minutes after boiling.
- Unmold the cake and, using a toothpick, make holes in the cake and cover with the still hot syrup.
- Then serve warm or cold.
