Ingredients:
- 2 cups skim milk (skimmed)
- 5 tablespoons of light sugar
- 2 tablespoons of orange zest
- 3 sliced ββstale Italian loaves
- 2 eggs
- margarine for greasing
- Light sugar and ground cinnamon to taste for dusting
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the milk, sugar and orange zest.
- Then pass the slices of bread in this mixture, drain them and then pass them in the eggs.
- Then place them on a greased baking sheet lined with greased baking paper.
