The currently touring singer gives another sign that she will be able to perform in Brazil in 2024
The video of Itaú’s traditional end-of-year commercial has been leaked. The advertising piece was screened at an internal event at the bank and will be officially launched next Sunday (10th) during the “Fantástico” break. Madonna is the big surprise.
The pop star appears together with actress Fernanda Montenegro, former player Ronaldo Nazário, singer Jorge Ben, player Marta and dancer Ingrid Silva. The message underlines the importance of believing in the future.
“I have always reinvented myself to continue being myself. The question is not who they are, but how many there are,” Madonna says. Ultimately, she claims it will be around for the next 100 years.
Itaú is the main sponsor of Rock in Rio and the presence of the singer in the commercial indicates the possibility that she will participate in the next edition of the festival, which will take place from 13 to 22 September in the Jacarepaguá Olympic Park. In the performances of the current tour celebrating 40 years of her career, the artist has hinted that she will come to Brazil next year.
Madonna recorded her part in the commercial on November 19 at the sumptuous Palais Garnier, which houses the Paris National Opera, in her free time during her visit to the French capital.
