He also suggested that the tapes be sent directly to the Spears family patriarch.
According to various judicial documents obtained by people in June, apparently, there was a lot of back and forth between father and daughter (via their lawyers) over the depositions. It appears that Jamie Spears is demanding a statement from the 40-year-old former actress because she “has the right to sue her” against “baseless allegations”. (Apparently, she requested an exemption from pre-disclosure due to the “emotionally difficult issues” involved.) Likewise, however, Britney Spears’ legal team claims that her father has not turned up eight times for a statement from her. and hinted that he “cannot hide forever” from his legal obligations.
Many other allegations against Jamie Spears come from the Grammy winner herself. Before the judge ended guardianship comprehensively in November, he issued a powerful statement in court comparing the scrutiny to that faced by sex trafficking victims, saying one of the restrictions was that he would not be allowed to marry or have children with her. longtime boyfriend, Sam Asghari. He said she had even implanted an IUD against his will of hers. Britney Spears also said she felt “stripped” of her femininity the day her father told her she was taking control of her life.
