Second edition of the project occupies the Simón Bolívar Auditorium, at the Memorial da América Latina, on December 11th and 12th
THE Koala Music announced the return of the project Koala Presents: Nights at the Memorialwhich performs two nights of shows at the Auditorium Simon Bolívarin Latin America Memorialin São Pauloon the 11th and 12th of December. The event brings Chico Cesar and Aguidavi do Jejé and Marcos Valle with Ana Electric Chicken as main attractions, with the singer opening Joaquim.
After the debut in 2024, in São Paulo Municipal Theaterthe Koala Presents returns to occupy one of the most iconic spaces in the city. The Auditorium Simon Bolívardesigned by Oscar Niemeyerhas received names such as Tom Jobim, Caetano Veloso and Chico Buarqueand is also the home of Koala Festivalwhich, for 11 years, has celebrated the diversity of Brazilian music. Tickets are available from this Thursday, 23rd, on the website Feverup.com.
“This project aims to occupy theaters and historic spaces with special shows”, explains Gabriel Andradefounder and curator of Koala Music. “The Auditorium Simon Bolívar It’s one of those places — iconic, part of São Paulo culture — and has a unique energy that makes each show a sensorial experience for the audience.”
On December 11th, Chico Cesar joins the percussive orchestra Aguidavi do Jejécreated by the musician Luizinho do Jêje in Terreiro do Bogum, in Savior. The meeting celebrates Afro-Brazilian music with the poetic and rhythmic strength that marks the career of the artist from Paraíba. On December 12th, the stage receives Marcos Valle and Ana Electric Chickena duo that formalizes a partnership awaited by fans since Dwarf began to interpret “There’s nothing” at their shows. The track was re-recorded this year by both artists.
The singer Joaquim — who released the album in 2025 Guesses Balcony for the Koala Records — will open both nights. Produced by Marcus Blackthe album marks the artist’s debut on the festival’s music label.
