What a delight to find charming the night fury, with its lovely countenance and its joy. Dragons 2 takes place five years after the first part, our heroes have grown up a lot – especially Hiccup, Astrid, Rustic (our darling!) and others. But rest assured, this group of happy fellows is always hungry for adventure!

Discovering New Dragons: Hiccup and the others discover a well-hidden underground world where millions of magical creatures are hiding. This scene should surprise them too, with its colors, green decor, and dragons, each stranger than the other. It will be difficult for them to choose a favorite.

The final battle between two Alphas, huge dragons who can control others. Expect epic fight scenes and Toothless finally revealing himself as the leader that he is.

The first encounter with Dragon Rider can be unsettling for your children. With his mask straight out of a horror movie and his sudden appearance, this character doesn’t seem likable at first glance. Especially since he grabs Harold and Toothless falls into the void!

Children will be confronted with one of the most difficult topics: death. After finding his wife – who has gone into exile to live with the dragons – Stoick decides to sacrifice himself to protect his son from Toothless, who no longer knows what he’s doing. A shock to Harold, who is finally reunited with his two parents, and to the audience, it’s so unexpected (in terms of pain, it’s on the same level as Mufasa’s death). But it’s also the emotional strength of The Dragons Saga that grounds it in reality and makes us experience a range of emotions.
