The Band of St. Paul Project46active since 2008, he recently announced an extensive tour of Brazil titled Nobody’s land. The tour, which will go through 24 citieswill have an even more special tone for Jean Pattonguitarist and one of the founding members of the band.
In a post on your social network, Patton announced his departure from the band he helped start. The guitarist commented: “There’s no easy way to say this, so here you go… This will be my last tour with Project46.”
Patton they talked a bit about the beginnings of the band, about realizing their dreams and the fact that it all came at the cost of a lot of work: “I consider myself a very lucky person and this was without a doubt one of those amazing stories that rarely happen… Boy Jean’s dream who wanted to have his own band from a very young age, traveling around Brazil and the world playing his le my songs, if having fun and meeting new people, started to come true when I met four other crazy people who joined my same breeze and thus trying to unravel the equation of “is it possible”?!” It’s never been easy and it never will be… for anyone! But what is possible, is! Building such a story from scratch, with the right people, at the right time… maybe “luck” is just that, because everything else was just work… a lot of work”.
The musician added that he will then greet the band in a friendly way 15 years very proud of the story he helped create: “But life is like this… It takes us on different paths. As we get older, our opinions, beliefs, goals, habits and self-knowledge change. And this cannot be ignored. I realized that today we are very different people and that creative, life and purpose compatibility have followed paths that have passed the point of return.I will say goodbye to Project46 after 15 years with awareness and pride in all that we have built together and that wisdom and experience are also accepting that cycles end forever new to begin. My love for Project46 continues and is everlasting, even in my skin. Something so beautiful that it was sculpted with a lot of sweat, blood and tears. It also wasn’t an impulse decision or from one day to the next and finally… let’s not quarrel! let’s be clear! (laugh)“.
About the tour, Jean Patton has provided more details on his final run of shows with the Project46: “Including this tour which will touch Brazil between September and November 2023 will mark the last tour with this line-up and for me it is even more special because I will be able to “say goodbye” to you traveling to Brazil once again. see us on one of these dates … this is the last chance to see this formation in action. Come visit us and celebrate with us!”
A Project46which is currently formed by Caius MacBeserra (voice), Jean Patton (guitar), Castellar wines (guitar), Mustache Neto (down) and Betto Cardoso (drums) has recently been one of the highlights of the stage sun stage in the first Brazilian version of the renowned German Summer Breeze festival, where he played classics from his entire career, including classics Behind enemy lines, gratuitous violence, pain, reins, panic, run and fuck (if it’s up to us) which thrilled the audience and surprised even the organizers of the festival.
