Paul McCartney gave an unforgettable show on Tuesday (28/11), at the Clube do Choro, in Brasilia. The surprise presentation was made for just 200 spectators, whose cell phones were sealed before the show to ensure exclusivity.
During the event, Paul interacted with the audience in a presentation that lasted just over an hour, during which he uttered several lines in Portuguese and divided the audience between men and women in the lyrics of “Hey Jude”. The show featured several classics from his career and hits played on the “Got Back” tour.
According to fan Mariana Sanmartin, the presentation was an invitation to part of the public who purchased tickets for the tour, which will start this Thursday (30/11) in the city. The surprise event cost just R$200 per ticket, with the option to purchase up to two tickets.
The public official said the experience was very different from other Paul McCartney events. “It was incredible to be in such a small place and so close to him. It was as if he were a minor artist, which we know is not the case at all,” he told Folha de S. Paulo.
