Gaga performed lively live songs, such as ‘Lovedrug’ and ‘Kill for Love’, and played ‘Summerboy’ for the first time since 2008
Lady Gaga started the long awaited tour Mayhem Ball This Wednesday (16) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. With a grand production, the show marked the official start of the world tour that accompanies the album Mayhemreleased in the first half.
The debut takes place a few months after the artist broke records with a free show in Copacabana, which attracted about 2 million people, but if on Brazilian soil the proposal was grand and celebratory, in Vegas, Gaga dives deep into the concept of his new album, Mayhembetting on a darker and more scenic aesthetic.
On stage, Gaga He commanded a show divided into five acts, with dancing skeletons, human chess boards and LED screens displaying fan messages. The repertoire rescued iconic tracks as “Just Dance” and “Applause”both absent in the tour The Art of Personal Chaos (shows by Coachella, Mexico, Brazil and Singapore).
“Lovedrug” and “Kill For Love” They also won their first live versions. Already “Summerboy”album track The Fame (2008), resurfaced on the setlist after 18 years off stage, thrilling the older fans. Visually more contained than the Copacabana show, the show in Vegas invests in dramatic elements and a more cohesive narrative with the singer’s current phase, although he keeps the maximalist signature that defines her career.
After the debut in Las Vegas, the tour follows cities like San Francisco, New York and Toronto until September, and then landed in Europe. In January 2026, Gaga returns to Australia for the first time since 2014.
