Shannon Beador of The Real Housewives of Orange County joked that former castmate Alexis Bellino could end up in the same legal trouble she once faced, after Bellino revealed the results of her first facelift. Bellino is now married to John Janssen, Beador's ex-boyfriend.
"Good for her," Beador told E! News' Erin Lim Rhodes in a joint interview with castmate Heather Dubrow. "I hope the marriage stays intact because she might get sued!"
The comment referenced a 2024 lawsuit Janssen filed against Beador, in which he sought repayment of money he said he had given her to pay for a facelift. The two ultimately settled the dispute, though it remains unclear how much of the $75,000 Beador paid back, if any.
Beador, 62, who has undergone multiple publicized cosmetic procedures of her own, said she has put the love triangle behind her. "I've moved on," she told E! News. "I don't care."
Heather Dubrow weighs in on the feud
Dubrow praised Bellino for being open about her cosmetic work. "I think whatever people want to share is great," she said.
The remarks came after Beador and Bellino got into another heated confrontation during RHOC's most recent episode, which aired September 3. Despite the clash, Dubrow commended Beador for moving past the long-running rivalry, saying, "I'm very proud of Shannon."
Alexis Bellino's facelift reveal
Bellino, an original Real Housewives of Orange County cast member who later returned to the show, treated herself to a mini-facelift in 2026 as an early 50th birthday present.
She said on Instagram that her husband and children had initially objected to the procedure. "My kids and husband all fought me on this decision saying 'mom/wife you don't need it, please don't do it, what can we do to talk you out of it,'" she recounted. "But look at the results!!!! And now my husband and kids are all so happy with the results!!!!!! And truth is, it's MY decision, not theirs."
She added that she was thrilled with the outcome. "I'm loving every minute of my next decade and my 'refresh'!!!!!!!!" Bellino wrote. "It's subtle, but it's AMAZING!!!!"
RHOC marks its 20th season
The exchange between Beador and Dubrow came as Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County celebrates its 20th season. The show premiered in 2006 as the first installment of the Real Housewives franchise, which later expanded to cities including New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Dubai and Rhode Island.
Dubrow, who has appeared on nine seasons of the show, was asked whether she could see a retirement date approaching. "The answer always is 'it depends,'" she said. "As long as it makes sense for the show, for the group and for us personally, I'm here as long as they'll have me."
Beador, who has now completed 12 consecutive seasons, said she has no plans to leave either. "I'm in!" she said, adding, "I'm available."
