Anthony Hopkins will return to a series soon. We will find it like this in Those who are about to die. Inspired by Daniel P. Mannix’s book of the same name, the show unfolds in Rome, in 79 AD. As the city’s population becomes increasingly agitated, gladiator fights are one of the rare things capable of appeasing him. Robert Rodat wrote the show’s script. Roland Emmerich and Marco Kreuzpaintner directed the episodes. In addition to Anthony Hopkins, the series’ international cast includes Dimitri Leonidas, Jojo Macari, Gabriella Pession, Iwan Rheon, Sara Martins and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson. The trailer of Those who are about to die make fun of us a story of struggle for power behind the scenes of ancient Rome. Anthony Hopkins’ character, Emperor Vespasian, wants to secure his succession ” to protect “ Rome, in his words. But some enemies of the emperor intend to change things after his death.
