Of course, it is above all a question of personal comfort. But celebrity hairstylist, blogger and TV presenter Jonathan Van Ness thinks it’s best to dry the roots of your hair and wait another moment for a full wash.

According to the beauty expert, don’t be afraid to sweat. Yes, it affects the hairstyle and deprives the basal volume. But if you wash your hair every time you noticeably sweat (and on the eve of summer the chances of encountering this increase significantly), you can disrupt the sebaceous glands. And at the same time make the hair weaker, drier and cause scalp irritation and increased dandruff.

“Sweating isn’t bad, our hair and scalp love it. It’s kind of like an air conditioner – the fatherhood of mother nature,” – Of course Jonathan.

But what if you’re not ready to put up with the unpleasant sensations of scalp sweat? Or if you have an oily type of hair and special discipline does not help you fix it? In this case, the hairdresser advises you to choose the most gentle and harmless shampoo, suitable for daily use.

You can try washing your hair without any cosmetics – this year many girls have switched to this way of caring for curls. You may like that you train, for example, every day. Hair can be rinsed with clear water and washed completely 1-2 times a week.
