Colombian singer Shakira has unveiled the artist lineup for Es Latina, a festival integrated into her upcoming 12-date concert residency in Madrid, Spain.
The festival will take place as part of the final European leg of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, which begins on September 18 at Parque Macondo.
Shakira described the concert series as a celebration of Latin culture and identity in the Spanish capital. The event also highlights immigration from across the Atlantic Ocean, a theme the artist previously emphasized in an open letter published in the Spanish newspaper El País.
The residency marks the conclusion of her global tour with a large festival experience that combines music and cultural activities for attendees.
Multigenerational roster of supporting artists
The singer revealed the names of the participating artists ten days before the opening show. The diverse lineup includes performers across a wide range of musical genres and styles.
Spanish singer Amaia Romero, winner of the 2017 series of talent show Operación Triunfo, appears at the top of the official poster. Romero previously gained national fame alongside fellow contestants Aitana and Lola Índigo.
Argentine singer Nathy Peluso, an established figure on the Latin music scene, is also featured on the bill. The announcement also lists Spanish artist Guitarricadelafuente, who has earned recognition from major industry figures.
The lineup features Latin boy band Santos Bravos, known for performing K-pop style music, alongside Portuguese singer Maro and Spanish artist Yerai Cortés. Other confirmed acts include Lia Kali, Louta, Yapi, Adriana C, Juan Pablo Vega, Gale, Dinamarca, You wanted a hit!, and Cris Lora, the most recent winner of Operación Triunfo.
Shakira selected an unusual combination of artists for the festival to provide emerging and established acts with exposure to a broader audience. Dozens of additional names appear on the poster, making it an expansive roster of talent.
Festival venue and family attractions
The concerts will be hosted at Parque Macondo, a festival space located in the southern Madrid district of Villaverde. The venue was named as a tribute to Colombian Nobel laureate Gabriel García Márquez, an author Shakira has long admired.
A central stadium named in honor of the Colombian singer will serve as the main stage where she will headline each evening. The site is designed to offer a multi-sensory Latin cultural experience beyond the live music.
The venue includes a dedicated children's playground designed with input from Shakira's two sons, Milan and Sasha. The area was built to ensure that families attending the event have access to suitable amenities.
World tour milestones and final concert dates
The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour launched on February 11, 2025, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Over more than eighteen months, the tour spanned more than 150 concert dates and set multiple attendance records worldwide.
The European residency features 12 scheduled performances spread across September and October 2026. The initial weekend of shows will take place on September 18, 19, and 20, followed by performances on September 25, 26, and 27.
The final six concerts are scheduled for October 2, 3, and 4, concluding with the final weekend of the tour on October 9, 10, and 11.
