The Irish TV presenter, 40, welcomed her fourth child son Remy earlier this month with husband Spencer Matthews

Williams, a Dublin-born media personality and podcast host, married former Made in Chelsea star and entrepreneur Matthews in June 2018. The couple previously welcomed Theodore in 2018, daughter Gigi in 2020, and son Otto in 2022 before expanding their family with Remy's arrival.

Revealing her return to work in a new social media update, Williams shared a clip recorded ahead of a photoshoot.

And in a new update, Vogue revealed she is back to work as she shared a video ahead of a photoshoot

In the video, Williams wore a black crop top from Australian fashion brand Subu paired with khaki cropped cargo trousers, styling her blonde hair in voluminous waves and wearing black flip-flop heels.

Showing off the outfit to her followers, she detailed her fashion choices while addressing her footwear.

"This top I've been waiting to wear from Subu, it's an Australian brand and these trousers and shoes," Williams said in the clip.

"I don't know if my shoes will be in but sometimes I feel like they're not for the bigger footed girl but I'm going to wear them anyway," she added.

Life in a rental house

The update comes as her husband Matthews revealed he has been sleeping in the spare room following the birth of their fourth child, explaining that the couple are navigating a busy period while living in temporary accommodation.

The couple are also parents to Theodore, eight, Gigi, six, and Otto, four

Nine days after Remy's birth, Matthews co-hosted an episode of the NewlyParents podcast alongside his friend Jamie Laing, opening up about how the couple are adjusting to life as parents of four.

Laing, a fellow former Made in Chelsea cast member and confectionery company founder, hosts the parenting podcast following the birth of his own son Ziggy with wife Sophie Habboo last year.

Matthews explained that the family are currently living in a rented house while their permanent home is undergoing building work, which has added to the commotion of having a newborn.

"I'm not complaining, but we are in that lovely bubble with three other young kids in a rental house because we're building, so to be honest the bubble feels a bit disturbed there's a lot going on," Matthews confessed on the show.

Sleeping in separate bedrooms

Matthews admitted that the demands of caring for four children while residing in a rental property have left both him and Williams feeling isolated at times.

"Vogue and I both in our own ways feel a bit lonely at the moment," he explained, sharing that he misses spending quality one-on-one time with his wife.

He revealed he is currently sleeping in the spare room to ensure their family routine continues to function smoothly despite night-time disruption.

Matthews explained that "for us both to have broken sleep is unhelpful to the rest of the family flow", adding that their schedules currently leave little opportunity to reconnect during the evening.

"We don't sleep next to each other. I'm out. I'm working. Vogue's more at home at the moment. I come home in the evening and we might have an hour together," he said.

"We'll eat something and maybe put something on TV, but she's tired and so am I. So, she goes to bed separately to me," he continued.

Expressing his dislike for the temporary sleeping arrangements, Matthews noted that sharing a bed provides closeness even when they are exhausted.

"I don't really like sleeping separately to her. We like being next to each other. Even if you're not communicating, you're together," he said. "At the moment it feels a bit fractured. It sort of feels like you've fallen out because you're staying in [another] room."

Navigating relationship changes

Podcast host Laing agreed with Matthews during the discussion, noting that he had also experienced struggles with "not being a couple" since becoming a parent.

"That's a very real thought that I have quite a lot of the time," Matthews replied to his co-host. "Eight years ago we had no kids, now we have four kids."

He described how parenthood fundamentally alters a couple's lifestyle and independence. "So your life, whether you like it or not, is all about the kids... Any freedom that you enjoy as a, dare I say, successful couple that should be able to just do stuff, you kind of can't," he remarked.

When Laing mentioned that he finds himself constantly thinking about his son Ziggy on the rare occasions he and Habboo go on a date, Matthews offered a different perspective.

"I can spend time away from the kids to be honest!" Matthews insisted during the episode.

"Look I love my kids. In the same breath, I can easily spend time away from my kids. And I think I think that's normal, isn't it?" he added.

Modern fatherhood and morning routines

Reflecting on his own upbringing, Matthews contrasted his current role as a father with that of his father, noting how generational expectations around parenting have shifted over time.

"I was a kid, I don't remember my dad, right? And that's not a dig at my dad. My dad would just be working. He'd be gone when I woke up and he'd come home after I went to sleep. So, he wasn't there as much," he shared.

"I loved my dad and we have an amazing relationship, but he probably never once fed me a bottle, never cooked for me, never changed me, never did anything that modern day fathers do and enjoy doing with their with their wives and partners," Matthews continued.

"I think in many ways the roles were probably more defined whether it be right or wrong back then, right? Whereas there's a lot of juggling now," he added.

Outlining their current household division of labor, Matthews explained that he takes charge of their three older children every morning with the assistance of their nanny.

His morning responsibilities include cooking breakfast for Theodore, Gigi, and Otto and carrying out the school run, allowing Williams to rest following overnight feeds with newborn Remy.

While acknowledging that busy mornings test his patience, Matthews praised his wife's resilience and acknowledged the relentless nature of caring for a newborn baby.

Matthews insisted that Williams "has got the hardest job", admitting: "I would really struggle with having the baby on me all of the time."

Back on the running track

Alongside his family duties, Matthews has also maintained his athletic pursuits, returning to competitive running just days after Remy's birth.

The former reality star completed London's The Big Half half-marathon road race, crossing the finish line shortly after becoming a father of four.

The Big Half is an annual 13.1-mile distance running event held in London that draws thousands of professional and amateur runners each September.

Speaking in an interview following the race, Matthews described how endurance sports have provided him with focus and clarity.

"Running completely changed my life. It gives me something outside of work and family to strive towards and chip away at," he said after crossing the line.

"I think for me, who spent a lot of their adult life like a little bit lost and without purpose, it's really helpful to me to have this kind of structure in my life," he explained.

"And there's nothing more satisfying than feeling proud of yourself. It's a really underrated feeling," he added. "So you know, I feel proud of myself today. But I love chipping away at the goal. It means a lot to me, and it's completely transformed my life."
